REGISTRATION FOR SPEAKERS:
Speakers must register for the conference. There is a one-day rate if needed.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations submitted by September 23, will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted after September 23rd will be accessed a $100 service charge. No refund will be given after October 23, 2026.

Cut-Off Date: October 7th, 2026. Rooms available until sold out or cut-off date, whichever occurs first. Then the hotel prevailing rates apply.
BE AWARE: No smoking, vaping, candles or any other items that cause smoke in the hotel room. You will be charged a $500 fine by the hotel. CSAVR cannot reverse these charges.
HOTEL ROOM CANCELLATION:
All hotel reservation cancellations for the CSAVR/NCSAB/NCSRC room block must be made through Dr. Robin Freeman at rfreeman@CSAVR.org. CANCELLATIONS ONLY. If you have questions please call Dr. Freeman at 501-623-7700 or rfreeman@csavr.org. All cancelled rooms will be assigned to those on the wait list. If you did not get a room at the hotel, please ask to be added to the wait list. If you needed an accessible room, please contact rfreeman@csavr.org.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
The hotel is approximately 20.7 miles from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and approximately 21.2 miles from Dallas Love Field Airport. Be aware of rush hour times when booking flights. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle.
