REGISTRATION FOR SPEAKERS:
Speakers must register for the conference. There is a one-day rate if needed.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations received by Oct 15, 2025, will receive a full refund. Cancellations after Oct 15, 2025 will receive a $100 service charge. No refund will be given after Oct 31, 2025.

Room Rate: $299 single/double +taxes

Cut-Off Date: Oct 16, 2025. Rooms available until sold out or cut-off date, whichever occurs first. Then the hotel prevailing rates apply.
BE AWARE: No smoking, vaping, candles or any other items that cause smoke in the hotel room. You will be charged a $500 fine by the hotel. CSAVR cannot get these charges reversed.
HOTEL ROOM CANCELLATION:
All hotel reservation cancellations for the CSAVR/NCSAB/NCSRC room block must be made through Theresa Hamrick at thamrick@CSAVR.org. CANCELLATIONS ONLY. If you have questions please call Theresa Hamrick at 301-519-8023 or thamrick@csavr.org. All cancelled rooms will be assigned to those on the wait list.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
The hotel is 3.1 miles from airport or 14minutes depending on time of day. Be aware of rush hour times when booking flights. An Uber is estimated to be $25-$30.

We only permit display tables for projects funded by our federal partners. We do not have an exhibit hall nor opportunity to exchange marketing material.
