REGISTRATION  is open and closes August 29, 2025.     NET Summit 2025 Agenda 

Registration fee is $325.00.   Due to demand, registration is limited.  All non-State Agency personnel must contact CSAVR   (kwest-evans@csavr.org) for registration.

Room Rate:  $209 single/double +taxes

Early departure fee on one nights stay if you leave early without having notified the hotel at check-in.  

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guarantee with a credit card.

Hotel Cut-Off Date:  August 12, 2025

Ask for the NET Summit room block.  Rooms available until sold out or cut-off date, whichever occurs first. Then the hotel prevailing rate applies.

ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS & DIETARY REQUESTS:  Deadline Aug. 1, 2025.    

The deadline to request accommodations is Aug. 1, 2025.  Accommodations must be requested when registering.  Accommodations cannot be guaranteed after the cut-off date.   If your travel approval is delayed in your agency process, please contact kwest-evans@csavr.org and let us know your accommodation needs.

REGISTRATION FOR SPEAKERS:  Speakers if participating in the conference registration is required.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Cancellation received by Aug. 15th will receive a full refund.  Cancellations from Aug. 16th - Sept. 2nd will receive a $100 service charge.  No refund will be given after Sept 2, 2024.
