Wells Fargo Hiring Event September 25th on TAP
How to have your job seeker participate in the Wells Fargo Event on September 25th!
Pacific time: 10:00 a.m. – noon
Mountain time: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Central time: 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m.
Eastern time: 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Sign into TAP on September 25th
Go to www.tapability.org and click "Sign In", then select "Candidate".
Use your email and password you set to get into your account
Once logged in, make sure your resume is "Published"
A "green" announcement will appear. Click "Enter Job Fair".
If you log into TAP before the job fair start time, simply "refresh" your browser and you will see the "green" announcement.
If you do not have a "published" resume, you will not be able to participate.
With a "published" resume, click "Start Chatting" and enter conversation
You must have a "published" resume to participate. If you do not, the "Start Chatting" button will be red instead of green and will instruct you to complete and "publish" your resume.
"TAP Job Fair Support" will be available to help offer support for hiring event related questions only.
Please Note: "TAP Job Fair Support" is not an employer.
After entering conversation, wait for the recruiter to join!
A notification that says "You're the only one here" will be present until the employer joins the conversation.
When the employer joins the conversation, the blue notification will disappear and the "Who's online" area will now show the employer.
Be sure to wait for the employer to join before leaving the conversation, and be sure to "End Conversation" when the conversation is over.
